I can't download this keyboard on my iphone.

I've downloaded the theme and it appeared on my winter board, but after I resrping it, it did not work as it did not appear . Do you know how to solve this ?( same goes to other color keyboards I've downloaded :((
Ermmm u don't put it under Themes, but under the Colorkeyboard in the Keyboard file (:
Where is the keyboard file? I found a color keyboard under applications but it didnt work
It won't let me download it using safari on my iPhone :(
